Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot make your scheduled appointment time you will be automatically charged 30% of the service total within 48 hours to the card on file. Clients have a 15 minute late grace period. After 15 minutes you are considered to be a no show. I totally understand life happens so please give me a call to see how we can work with any scheduling conflicts.
